Purchases

When you purchase a subscription, the payment is processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). We do not collect or store your credit card details, bank account information or billing address. Paddle handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

From Paddle, we receive:

• Transaction ID and subscription status
• Country (for VAT purposes)
• Email address associated with the purchase

Support forum

When you post in the support forum, your username and post content are visible to other registered users.

Server logs

Our web server automatically logs standard access data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. These logs are used for security monitoring and are deleted periodically.

4. How we use your data
