Refund policy
Last updated: July 2026
Purchases and refunds through Paddle
Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases made through LolkV.com. Paddle processes the payment and any approved refund to the original payment method.
This policy provides additional commercial rights from LolkV.com. Paddle's refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights also apply. Where different rules provide different levels of protection, the highest applicable level of protection applies.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of the original purchase of a subscription within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. This commercial guarantee applies to the first payment for that subscription and is in addition to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
Refund requests may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour.
Automatic renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel a future renewal at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Our commercial 14-day money-back guarantee does not automatically apply to renewal payments. Refund rights for a renewal are determined by Paddle's refund policy and the mandatory law applicable to you. In some countries, additional withdrawal rights apply to particular renewal transactions.
How to request a refund
You can submit a request in either of these ways:
- Use the receipt or subscription management link in Paddle's transaction email, or visit paddle.net and select the refund option.
- Contact us with your name, the email address used for the purchase, the product or subscription and the transaction date. We will review the request and coordinate with Paddle.
If approved, Paddle normally returns the payment to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. The time it takes to appear may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
Digital content and statutory withdrawal rights
Consumer withdrawal rights for digital products vary by country. In some jurisdictions, a statutory withdrawal right may end once downloading or use begins if you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the consequence. This does not affect rights relating to a product that is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
What happens after a refund
Once a subscription is refunded, its commercial entitlements end. The related download key is deactivated, access to protected downloads and official updates ends, registered production website entitlements are removed and technical support for the refunded subscription ceases.
A refund of Frontend UserManager also ends commercial access to the included User Import & Export product. A refund of the Complete Bundle ends commercial access to all products included in that bundle.
Nothing in this policy purports to revoke rights that cannot lawfully be withdrawn, including rights granted by the GNU GPL for copies already lawfully received.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. If local law or Paddle's applicable terms give you stronger protection, those rights continue to apply.
