1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing, downloading or using any product from LolkV.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

LolkV.com is operated by Lolk Safety, a business based in Denmark. "Lolk Safety" is the legal name of the company behind the LolkV.com brand and website.

2. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" refers to Lolk Safety, operating the website LolkV.com.
"You", "your", "customer" refers to the person or entity purchasing a subscription.
"Product" refers to the Joomla extensions sold on this website (EasyLearn and Frontend UserManager).
"Subscription" refers to a 12-month access plan for a product.
"Download key" refers to the unique key provided upon purchase, used to access downloads and updates.

3. Products and licensing

All products sold on LolkV.com are Joomla extensions licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or later). The GPL license governs your right to use, modify and redistribute the source code.

Your subscription determines the level of support and updates you receive:

Single — support and updates for 1 website
Professional — support and updates for up to 5 websites
Developer — support and updates for unlimited websites

The extension itself can be installed on any number of sites. However, technical support and access to updates are limited to the number of domains included in your subscription tier.

4. Subscriptions and renewal

All subscriptions are for a 12-month period. Upon expiry:

The extension continues to work on your site — it does not stop functioning.
You will no longer receive updates or have access to technical support.
Your download key will become inactive for new downloads.

You can renew your subscription at any time. Renewals receive a 20% discount on the regular price.

We do not automatically charge you when your subscription expires. Renewal is always a manual action initiated by you.

5. Payment

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, VAT/tax collection, invoicing and payment processing. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

All prices are listed in EUR. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location, as determined by Paddle.

6. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase:

You receive a download key in your account area and via email.
You can immediately download the latest version of the product.
No physical goods are shipped.

If you experience issues accessing your download, contact us within 5 days of purchase. After 5 days without a reported issue, the product is considered successfully delivered.

7. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and will be returned to the original payment method. Please see our refund policy for full details.

8. Technical support

Active subscribers have access to technical support via our support forum. Support covers:

Installation and configuration assistance
Bug reports and troubleshooting
General usage questions

Support does not cover:

Customization or modification of the extension code
Third-party template or extension conflicts
Server configuration or hosting issues
Training or consulting services

We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days, but response times may vary.

9. Intellectual property

The products are released under the GNU GPL v2 license. This gives you the right to use, modify and redistribute the source code under the terms of the GPL.

The LolkV name, logo, website design and all non-code content (text, images, documentation) are the property of LolkV.com and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lolk Safety (operating LolkV.com) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue or business.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in question.

11. Account termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and revoke your download key without refund if you:

Violate these terms and conditions
Engage in abusive, threatening or illegal behavior towards our staff or other users
Redistribute download keys or provide unauthorized access to our products
Attempt to circumvent the download key or update system

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
